Oasis Club

An attractive apartment in a small and exclusive complex built in Moorish style, three minutes' walk from the sandy Arenal beach. Here there are safe baths, beach and water sports and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a rocky sea facade a few minutes' walk from the apartment, excellent for diving, snorkelling and fishing.



In the apartment itself, the furniture and decoration are of good quality, with colour-coordinated rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living room. For the guests' enjoyment, the owners have carefully provided videos, books, cards and games, including chess.



The apartment has two entrance doors, so you can enter from the pedestrian door to the garden and terrace or from the garage and parking at the back. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest supermarket.



The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 3 km away and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.



Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.

2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.



For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract

A beautiful family apartment in a lovely complex.

Location was great. Close to all amenities. Well equipped apartment. Good for a family stay. Small things- I would have liked a ceramic hob cleaner and scraper to keep it in great condition. Having paid for other cleaning equipment I didn’t want to pay for a scraper too. And if the main bathroom smell could be improved that would be good. Otherwise perfect.

If I were being really picky I would say the property would benefit from a little update. BUT that apart we enjoyed it so much we are looking forward to returning next year. We were very happy there. Stayed for 4 weeks and liked it more everyday. Very light, and spacious and in an excellent location. Felt very at home here.
