Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment located in the Arenal area, next to the Javea Tennis Club. This comfortable and bright accommodation is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for couples and tennis lovers!
Accommodation
The apartment has an area of 48 m², features one bedroom, one bathroom and capacity for 3 people. It is located on the first floor, without a lift, in the La Plaza urbanisation, a quiet and picturesque community with a beautiful courtyard and fountain.
The living room is cosy and has an individual sofa bed and direct access to the closed terrace with large glass windows. This pleasant 15 m² space with outdoor furniture includes a dining table with two chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, washing machine and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, it has a private outdoor parking space.

El apartamento es genial para pasar unos días. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y menaje suficiente. Nos gustó q hubiera un pequeño kit de limpieza (nuevo a la llegada de cada huésped). El baño muy espacioso y cómodo, aunque la ducha era algo estrecha, pero suficiente. El dormitorio tiene un armario grande con bastantes perchas, q se agradece mucho y mucho espacio. La cama cómoda. Tiene una terraza grande acristalada, perfecta para desayunar o comer, aunque da el sol durante toda la tarde y se acumula mucho calor. Al tener aire acondicionado en el dormitorio y el salón, hace q se esté muy a gusto en la casa. La atención por parte de la agencia muy buena y muy amables. Sin duda si vuelvo por Jávea no dudaría en volver al apartamento. Quizá el poco espacio q hay entre la cama y la cómoda, q cuesta un poco pasar y q solo hubiese una mesilla, aunque lo solucionamos poniendo un taburete. Todo genial.
