With the complex's garden doors opening onto the Arenal, you are literally metres away from everything Jávea has to offer. Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one double and another with two beds, with the possibility of a fifth folding bed if necessary. The spacious living-dining room opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning units in the living room and hallway, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The excellent location of La Gavina, just a few metres from the beach, allows guests to have a hassle-free holiday and perhaps even without a car. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Good parking, and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the Arenal.
