Located in the exclusive Golden Star residence, it offers a communal swimming pool for adults and children, garden and private parking in garage. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities. Accommodation This comfortable, modern and bright accommodation has 164 m². The apartment is composed of 2 floors, with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodating up to 6 people. The first floor offers a very modern and fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. In addition, on this floor there is an exquisitely decorated living room, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. From the living room, double doors open to a charming outdoor terrace with a table for outdoor dining. The first floor also houses a spacious master bedroom with a Queen Size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed and an independent bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is the third bedroom with another Queen Size bed and an additional bathroom with shower.
