Casa del Limonero

Located in the beautiful Cap Martí area, Tosalet, in Jávea, Casa del Limonero is a lovely ground-level villa that offers its guests private parking, an isolated swimming pool with a solarium terrace, and a large plot planted with tropical plants and trees.



Ideal for families, the house has high-speed Wi-Fi, two bedrooms with air conditioning (one with a double bed and two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), so there are no family disputes about who gets the bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a lounge with air conditioning, Smart TV, satellite TV system and Bluetooth soundbar. In the centre of the seating area, a wood-burning fireplace is perfect for the coldest winter nights. Next to the living room, a spacious dining room and a comfortable sitting area look out over the swimming pool and gardens.



In the outdoors, on the other side of the pool, the covered dining area is the perfect place to eat, drink, and relax. With a large dining table, gas barbecue, fridge, and sound system, guests do not have to go far from the pool to enjoy a refreshing drink.



The House of the Lemon Tree is 6 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot for the more adventurous, from the seafront promenade of Jávea, where guests can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars or take a relaxing walk on the sandy beach.

JH Advice: Casa del Limonero is located just 350 metres from Villa Pakatoa and 450 metres from Casa Sierra Pinos. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
