Hemos estado tres parejas y dos niños de 3 y 4 años. Ha sido una semana sensacional. Nuestra intención es volver el próximo año. Hay total seguridad para los niños. Es una preciosidad de casa, piscina incluida. Sobre todo, las dos habitaciones orientadas al este tienen unas vistas increíbles. Tener una cochera donde poder meter los tres coches, fue un lujazo y más cuando había anuncio de posible pedrisco.

MUY MEJORABLE

Muy caro para lo q ofrece. La casa necesita un mantenimiento general importante. Las hamacas estaban viejas y sucias, pedimos unas nuevas y nos cambiaron solo los cojines, la piscina tiene baldosas sueltas y nos cortamos, dos sombrillas una rota y la otra con un nido de avispas q tuvieron q venir a quitar. De los dos aseos uno con el lavado atascado, q vivieron a desatascar cuando nos quejamos y otro al q llega tan poca presión de agua q es casi imposible ducharse con agua caliente y menos si tienes pelo largo, como es mi caso. El congelador no funcionaba muy bien. La limpieza muy justita, la mesa y sillas q había junto a la piscina estaban sin limpiar desde hace mucho tiempo. Tuvimos un malentendido con la ropa de cama, en anuncio inicial de la casa indicaba q estaban incluidas, pero luego cuando preguntamos en la agencia nos indicaron q había q pagarlas a parte, 15€ por persona y lo mismo con la WIFI, al final en la entrega de llaves hablamos con la agencia y nos dio las sábanas y la clave del WIFI gratis, como indicaba en el anuncio inicial de la casa. Por otra parte nos indicaron mal las medidas de las camas para las q habíamos llevada sábanas, porque pagar 15€ por persona nos parecía abusivo, después de lo q vale la casa. Las sábanas q nos dieron tenían manchas y las medidas tampoco se ajustaban a las de las camas, pero como nos las habían dado gratis decidimos no protestar, ya eran demasiadas cosa y habíamos ido a disfrutar de las vacaciones y tantos contratiempo nos las estaban chafando. Sólo nos dieron un juego de llaves para 2 familias, normalmente hay dos juegos para mejorar las entradas y salidas. Lo positivo, las camas eran cómodas, q haya ventiladores, mosquiteras en las habitaciones y dos TV muy grandes.

Nos han robado la fianza

Al pedir la devolución de la fianza se han inventado que habíamos roto varias cisas cuando no ha sido así. Se le ha comunicado al propietario por teléfono pero no ha querido hacernos caso! Ojo que se aprovechan de los adolescentes con este tema...si reservais, dar la fianza por perdida!
