Casa Marula is a large and exquisite family villa with beautiful Mediterranean Sea Views and ideal for those seeking the serenity of spacious living and relaxation. Nestled within the ‘Balcon Al Mar’ area of Javea, this residence is the perfect property for large families and mature groups and only 15 minutes from the main Javea town.
Ideally located in a peaceful residential street, Casa Marula promises an idyllic and stress-free holiday experience. The villa enjoys various spaces and chill out zones meaning that everyone has their own space that all enjoy fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
For sun enthusiasts, the Pool Area has a 9m x 4m pool that during summer is the perfect place to top up that tan and along with the large upstairs terraces they all bask in up to 10 hours of sunshine each day. Casa Marula is designed to ensure that everyone has their own space and can fully embrace the beauty of this residence. If you desire a moment of escape, head to the enchanting upstairs "Chill Out Area," or shaded tree area where you can immerse yourself in your favourite book or enjoy a conversation over your preferred cocktail while the kids revel in the pool.
When it's time for lunch, you won't need to venture far from your sunbed, Casa Marula has a generous sized gas BBQ, meaning that everyone can enjoy ‘Alfresco Dining on the large terrace whilst looking out on the beautiful sea views.
This splendid house offers four bedrooms (One in the separate apartment). 3 Bedrooms are in the main house (one Ensuite) and consist of 2 x Kings and 2 x Singles. The ‘Separate Apartment’ with its own lounge on the same level as the pool enjoys a separate kitchen, ensuite, outdoor seating area and King size bed, all meticulously appointed to high standards. Guests will lack for nothing within this fully equipped villa, as it has something to delight every individual.
Here, you'll find a haven of peace and tranquillity, along with ample space for large families and groups. Yet, you're just a mere 15 minutes away from Javea, known for its "Blue Flag Beaches," vibrant bars, and restaurants. As a token of our appreciation for choosing Casa Marula, we provide all our guests with a "Complimentary Welcome Pack" to ensure you have the essentials on your first day. Additionally, we offer "Beach Towels" to lighten your suitcase load and "Complimentary High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi" to keep you connected throughout your stay.
