The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. They welcomed us with warm smiles and made sure we had everything we needed to check in, park, check out and even took the time to wish us safe travels when we were walking out of the lobby. Incredible customer service.
The hotel room itself is very dated, with older, worn furniture... but the room was clean, the beds were very firm (but it wasn't uncomfortable), and the café breakfast buffet was average. Really, the location is fantastic for concerts at Rogers Place, but it was the people that work at the hotel that made our stay a positive experience. If you don't mind dated rooms - this is a great place to stay.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
