Holiday Inn Express in Jasper
The room was clean, the air conditioner was set to a comfortable temperature, and the bed was comfortable.

There were a few areas in the room that needed touching up. The baseboards haven’t been hit with a cleaning tool in a while. There were also stains on the carpet.

I liked the warm friendly staff,the contininental breakfast ,parking ,zero crime,and our room.To be perfectly honest with you I don’t have even one complaint about The Holiday Inn.Should my travel plans take me back to Jasper and I need a room they are my 1st choice.

Great stay, very clean room.
The check in staff was extremely friendly telling us about the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room was exceptionally clean and room cleaning services were very helpful, even offering to go down to the office to get us toiletries we forgot to bring. Was a very good overall experience. Will definitely visit again if in the area.

Everything was going great until I attempted to take a shower before bedtime. As I stepped into the shower I was appalled at the amount of black mildew embedded in the grout line surrounding the tub! I would've requested another room but the hour was late and we were leaving the next morning. Unfortunately this has an extremely negative impact in regards to if I will ever reside at this facility again.

I was not able to rest. Early in the morning all the guests would slam the doors. It has to do with the way the automatic door closets work. they need to be adjusted to close slower. perhaps put some felts between the doors and the jambs. Every time I fall back asleep someone would slam the door. Great staff and facility.

There were a couple of roaches in the bathroom. The desk clerk who was checking us in seemed like she had been smoking pot. It’s still under construction on the inside, in some spots, so maybe things will improve with time.

Highly recommmend.
Our family stays here every other year for our family reunion. The renovations are very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. The water pressure was consistent and the water was as hot as I wanted it to be. The pool area was VERY nice. We really enjoyed swimming and the manager came out to chat with us and was very attentive. The breakfast was also delicious and presented very well. My daughter got to look through the see through window on the pancake maker. They were delicious and she loved it! They had bagels, bacon, eggs, and even Cinnabon cinnamon rolls! I was very impressed with the place!
