This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. Food was very good, although the sushi bar was just okay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. However our room looked a bit tired. One elevator only and the staff uses it for garbage collection 😵‍💫!!! The pool was clean and nice. I tried to get my family over for one afternoon by the pool and they wanted to charge 1/2 day stay for my 2 grandkids with their parents not included. In the said day there were hardly any guests in the whole hotel and none in the pool all day. We booked the pool view room and for 2 days the view was obstructed with repairs. Fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds.

O quarto apresentava sinais de antigo, com manchas na parede e azulejos quebrados rachados no banheiro. Além de uma toalha atrás da TV que estava antes da nossa entrada e continuou lá. O frigobar com itens antigos e sem o básico. As amenidades (biscoitos e chocolates) quebrados e sujos.
