Maisonette near the center of JARD sur Mer

Small house completely renovated, ideal for couples (possibility of a young child); comprising an equipped kitchen with sitting area and television, a bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room.
Outside a terrace with barbecue area. A private parking space.
The house is located in a quiet dead end about 300 meters from downtown shops.
The harbor and the beaches (sand and flat rocks) are nearby (10 to 15 minutes on foot).
At each arrival a mattress protector and a clean duvet cover are available.
Attention, towels and sheets are not provided. In case of forgetfulness, this service is billed.
No WIFI at home.
Provide upon arrival, a certificate of insurance for the desired period. As well as a deposit check of 350 €. Thank you.

Nous avons passées un séjour très agréable à Jard-sur-Mer. Nous avons pu admirer de somptueux paysages entre mer, dunes, les marais, forêts de pin, dolmen au cours de nos randonnées journalières. La maison est très agréable, accueillante, dans un secteur calme. Elle est parfaitement équipée, propre et confortable, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et à 5 min à pied des commerces. Un grand merci à Jocelyne et Serge pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur. Nous avons énormément apprécié nos échanges d’une grande richesse sur la région et sa nature. Sejour conforme a la disposition, hôte accueillant, accessible en cas de problème chaleureux, Maison bien équipé proche du centre ville, très calme a proximité de tout. Si vous voulez profiter de la côte Vendéenne, si vous êtes 2, cette maisonnette est incontournable. Très, très bien équipée, hyper bien située, elle est gérée par un couple disponible, à l'écoute, qui est là pour vous simplifier la vie. Nous avons passé 14 jours de superbes vacances en Vendée, ce nid douillet en est un élément très important. Merci à Jocelyne et Serge.
