This brand new 4-person apartment is located near the Spanish water and Jan Thiel beach. You'll stay in an oasis of peace with the beach and nightlife only 5 minutes away. What makes this apartment comfortable is an abundance of shutters equipped in every space. These traditional Caribbean shutters let the cooling breeze blow through the apartment, making you always enjoy a pleasant temperature and a wonderfully fresh atmosphere.  
  
Kitchen & Living  
On entering this apartment you immediately feel the warm, inviting atmosphere. With a perfect blend of modern design and Caribbean charm, you'll feel at home right away. The open kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances.  
  
Bedrooms  
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests divided over 2 bedrooms and has 2 en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms have all comforts and a nice rain shower. Each room is decorated with care and ensures a serene and luxurious ambiance. Open the shutters and enjoy the Caribbean breeze through your bedroom, or make use of the air conditioning provided in every bedroom.

Enjoy the refreshing plunge pool after a nice & sunny day at the beach. Just relax and take in the stunning views.

A cleaning lady comes weekly and fresh towels are also brought weekly. There is super fast WiFi everywhere. The sockets are European 220V. The price includes: water, electricity (8 hours AC per day), bedlinnen, towels.

Within minutes of driving by car, snorkeling among the colorful fish, or enjoying the beautiful beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo. Also for the adventurers, the area of Brakkeput Abou offers plenty of possibilities; explore the pristine nature trails of the Caracas Bay, or participate in all water sports activities such as kayaking, SUP's and or sailing on the Spanish water.
