The Space:  
The living room features a modern 'open concept' design that seamlessly integrates style and functionality. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities you could need, along with a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining or quick meals. The spacious living area is filled with natural light, thanks to the expansive glass sliding doors that open up to the outside. These doors lead directly to the spacious, covered terrace, which effortlessly merges with the living room, creating a sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The terrace overlooks the communal pool and garden, providing a tranquil and picturesque backdrop for relaxation.  
  
The terrace is designed to be the heart of outdoor living furnished with a lounge area, making it a perfect spot for any time of day. In the morning, it is an ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the serene views of the lush garden and the glistening pool.
