This completely renovated and newly furnished villa, villa Gray Noble, is located in the heart of the beautiful residential area of ​​Vista Royal, just a 5-minute walk from the beach of Jan Thiel.
The villa is built on a large plot with lush tropical vegetation and completely surrounded by a wall. You can park more than 3 cars on site.

On the ground floor there are 3 large double bedrooms with plenty of closet space. These bedrooms share a huge bathroom in which all guests have space for their personal items. Also on this floor you will find the laundry room where you can use the washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor you enter the large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has a cozy sitting area and all the equipment you would expect from a luxury villa, such as a double door refrigerator with ice cubes dispenser, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is large and equipped with a lovely lounge corner with widescreen TV. Of course you can use the free WIFI here but also in the rest of the villa.
