"Overall the property was excellent. The kitchen was small, but very functional and worked for us. The dining area and living room were very comfortable and after learning how to use a Roku TV we were fine with entertainment (although we didn't spend a lot a lot of time in the house) As they mentioned in the listing, the driveway is steep, even with our SUV, I would recommend parking in the street. "This property was perfect for our whole family to enjoy Williamsburg/ ( about 10-15 minutes easy drive ) . Plus close to food store etc and a great playground you can drive to. We had both units upstairs and down and the space was great for our group of12 . ( age range 78- 3 months ). The kids enjoyed indoor pool , mini golf and playground. Highly recommend ."

"If you want quiet and relaxing away from it all with spectular views of the water, sunrises and wildflife this property is ideal. We went to area for a last minute Catfishing tourament and booked on short notice. The owners were awesome made sure we got into the property okay and were very helpful throughout our stay. "Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay."
