We think the sunsets are the best on the Lake!! This lake house is located on Chautauqua Lake including lake frontage, gas grill, private dock and fire pit. (We will provide a local suggestion of where to buy inexpensive wood for the campfire). Conveniently located just minutes away from the National Comedy Center, Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, The Southern Tier Brewing Company, shops, restaurants, free boat launch, public dog park and the Chautauqua Wine Trail!! This 4 Bedroom, lakefront house sleeps 9 and is the perfect spot to relax with family and enjoy all Chautauqua Lake has to offer!! Our dock, kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat and life jackets are included, OR bring your own boat/jet ski. If renting watercrafts, marinas are just 5 minutes away. Comfortably furnished, including fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, oven, Keurig, washer and dryer. Linens are provided, including towels and bedding. Pets are permitted for additional $125/pet upon request. Our lake house is perfect for vacations, reunions and getaways. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the communication with the host was top notch. The conditions of the lake vary making swimming difficult, but the kayaks and paddle boat at the house allowed us to get on the water. Enjoyed renting a boat and exploring all of the lake.
