"The check in was no less than awkward. The 2 ladies at the desk appeared bothered. They were eating when we arrived and were obviously not happy about the interruption. When one of them finally came to the desk, she didn’t look up from her screen at all, and i had to finally ask if i could check in. She did not engage in any way. It was very unpleasant."

"What I liked: clean room, the atmosphere, food especially the breakfast buffet, and the staff was very nice! What i didn't like as much: lack of communication about the free breakfast/need for vouchers and how to check out. We also problems with the room phone."

"Not a fan of the check-in process and the tiny amount of room available to park while you go in the building. The parking garage itself was okay. Room had a big stain on the carpet near the window and a tear in the fabric of the sofa but was otherwise fine. Restaurant barely qualifies as such as the menu is pretty limited and I don’t recall any gluten free alternatives offered."
