Should be illegal to sign someone up when they are saying no, no no. I did not stay the night! that should say what i need to say."

"We checked into the hotel we had to wait as our rooms werent ready. We went to dinner. When we came back to the rooms there were roaches and bugs crawling all over. We alerted the desk and asked for refund and checked out and found a very clean spring hill suites on the other side of town!!! I want all myoney back and the deposits and to be compensat4ed for the 2 rooms for the entire weeks stay!"
