Whn we chknin the carpet was not clean and the nxt day we have to call the cleaner to vacuum it ..cause they only make up the room. We book the wrong room ..too small for us cause we bring 2 medium luagage and hard to do the prayers..Over all is good ..especially the breakfast ..more choices and variety ...

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was nice too, it has a nice location, it is walking distance to a grand mall. The only issue, if you are going to stay in this hotel, I would not recommend standard room. It is quite small and also has old dated furnishings.

Decent hotel in the heart of Jakarta. The bathroom was a little dated but the breakfast and dining options were fantastic. I have never been to a breakfast that required a map to navigate!

The room was kind of small and a lot of things were spoilt- had to call maintenance numerous times over the stay. One of the days the toilet bowl emitted worms which was very unhygenic. The mini bar was not working and our food was spoilt overnight. Even after changing the mini bar it was still the same. Just gave up complaining. The staff was exceptional. Indonesian hospitality is commendable and is actually at par to Thai's or better. Facilities were as expected but the car park system needs to be upgraded. Even when the taxi or Grab came to pick us up- we had to wait to exit because car park system took longer than expected to allow exit. Breakfast was great. Some of the front desk were either overwhelmed and was at times not very welcoming. Bell boy service was exceptional and Riyan was great.

Great location. However the exit for cars arent that clear during dawn, we had to circle several times and still couldn’t find the exit till we intentionally drove the wrong way just to ask where was the exit.

Overall an okay hotel. Room is small and outdated. A good value for the price, however. The staffs were excellent, very polite, friendly, and accomodating. The location is great, itnis close to shopping area. But the room needs some major refresh.

The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. Very annoying as I'd asked for the late check out. The room is dark and cramped for the price. It is in desperate need of a refresh. Not worth the price.
