We stayed at 101 for 2 nights after we arrived in Jakarta before a 5 month trip around the region. It served our basic needs without being exceptional. PROS: - Air-con works very well - Comfy bed - One pool open until 11pm was nice to use - Staff very nice and helpful - Additional breakfast was nice, lots of options - 20 minute from shops and restaurants CONS: - We could only have a double bed in a Smoking Room so there was a bad smell and ash on the bathroom floor - Several cockroaches were in our room on arrival and throughout the 2 days - Main hotel pool only open until 1pm (use of second one in separate building) - Near very busy roads so walking not very pleasant Overall we were satisfied, you get what you pay for.

Room is good, service is very good, all staff are helpful and nice, food taste is good but not have much variants on main menu and dessert, swimming pool is small so feel uncomfort to swim when many guests are swimming.. Have good view from 11th floor which is has cafe over there and night view is awesome from there.. Overall good and comfort place to stay and will come back again next time.. Thanks

The only I like is the pool,, was very nice at the rooftop can see the view of Jakarta city, about the room for that price not enough facilities, they dont have safety box, fridge and hairdryer. The room need to be more clean, the wall paper was ripped they dont even check to fix before the cliet check in.

Very nice hotel
This is a very nice hotel. There are two buildings: one older and one new, each with its own swimming pool. The rooms in each building are about the same, both nice. In the newer building there is a rooftop pool and bar. It's pleasant to sit and enjoy food or beverage with a great view and live music. There is a ground-level outdoor courtyard between the buildings where you can order food and beverages. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety, and there is a manned station providing fresh-cooked eggs of your choice. Housekeeping was good, and the reception personnel was very respectful and helpful with any information and questions i had. I would definitely stay at Takes again.

Room was small but clean and staff are friendly. Good location for access to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Traffic can be overwhelming to reach other area but that's Jakarta. Wi-Fi is a big issue and signal is very unstable and cannot use it for work and/or social media. No hot shower :( breakfast also cold.

Good but just one thing.There are kitchen but they dont give any cooking tools such as spoon , fork or even pot . Then how can i cook anyway? Using a bowl? Bowl also dont have . and also please work on your cleanliness especially at your staff stairs.

Quite place and good location
Located just behind busy main street but because of a dead end road it is quite. There is old building and a new one. Booked for unit in old bldg and paid Rp 100K to upgrade to new bldg. Good parking space. Saw some small cockroaches in bathroom.

I arrived to Jakarta at 9pm and I informed hotel about the time of my arrival a few days in advance. However, they gave deluxe king room I booked and paid to somebody else and I got a room with 2 twin beds. When I asked about it, they told me I was late and if I want king room I need to pay extra

No frill hotel. Decent location
If your looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of town. Then this is it. Don't have high expectations on quality because you will be let down. It's not anything is particularly wrong with the hotel. It just is much more than a 2 star hotel.

Was pushed to another room due to renovation
I was staying on the second floor and during my second week was pushed to the 3rd floor because of renovation. They where tearing up the floor hallway to lay down floor tile and didn't even have me moved out of my room before the worker's had the floor already tore up while I was still in my room. No notification that my room was being switched and had to quickly pack all my thing's that I had unpacked. Breakfast ticket's are a joke. You have to pickup a breakfast ticket to eat breakfast even though it's apart of my stay at the hotel. I would not stay at that hotel again even though the location was good.

Good hotel
Good hotel and good management. The breakfast is good with enough choice. The view and the swimmingpool on the eleventh floor are beautiful. The hotel is in the centre of Jakarta. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant personal and the management are very helpfull. The hotel is nearby the shoppingcentre. You can order the taxi at the reception. We are satisfied with this hotel and recommended it already to others. Next year we will stay there again.

Cheap, but in need of some serious renovation
An affordable hotel with a nice roof top pool with a view to the Jakarta skyline to the south. Food was ok, pretty much the same as you get anywhere in 3-star Indonesian hotels. Their "bubur" or rice pudding is worth trying. I had two rooms for my stay here. This hotel is surrounded by several government departments, and so lots of guests are here from other areas in Indonesia to meet with different government agencies. The problem I had with the first room, was the guests next door yelling and being noisy since I checked in. When they still kept going at midnight, I called reception, which seemed to sort out the issue. Next morning at 5am, they were up again, yelling and screaming. I later explained the issue, and the hotel receptionist was very professional, and gave me a new room of my choice straight away. Both rooms were old and dark, and both were smoking rooms, and reeked of old cigarette smell. I asked for non-smoking, but they didn't distinguish between smoking and non-smoking. In the hallway, the ceiling was falling apart, and some areas didn't have ceiling plates anymore, and you could see straight to the inner construction. Wifi and internet was really bad in the first room, but the second room was a whole lot better. Both in terms of speed and reliability. In general the building had seem much better days, and I strongly think a major upgrade is needed.

Quiet place in central Jakarta
I stayed in the new wing (in the hotel, not the mansion), that was just "soft opened" on the day I arrived. You could smell the "new smell" in the building. Check in to the hotel was quick and effective. Unfortunately the shower head broke off on the first day, but the staff fixed it within a few hours. There was no WiFi in the room for two days or so, but the staff really worked on fixing it and by the end of my stay it was working. Other than these startup problems the stay was pleasant. The hotel is close to Transjakarta Bus Network (Bank Indonesia bus stop) and to National Monument (MONAS). Still it's on a quiet street. The rooftop pool is not too big, but it offers a bit of cool swimming on a hot day. For street food or Seven 11 go to Jl. H. Agus Salim street, two blocks away or for international food to Sarinah Mall, 15 minutes walk or <20,000 IDR Taxi drive away. If you are bored of Ayam Goreng and Ayam Bakar and don't want to go too far, visit the restaurant right beside the hotel, they offer nice variety of meals and pleasant service. For sightseeing visit the closeby Monumen Nasional (MONAS). Beside it is SE Asia's biggest mosque the Istiqlal Mosque and on the opposite side the Jakarta Cathedral catholic church, representing how different faiths should exist beside each other in peace.

Sebuah hotel yang memiliki dua gedung. Saya dapat kamar di gedung lama, dengan lift yang tua. Akses masuk agak curam dan kurang ramah difabel. Kamar seperti hotel kelas ai*y. Pintu seperti habis didobrak, kusennya sedikit rusak. Mungkin yg bikin mahal karena lokasinya tepat di jantung Jakarta. Makanan standar.

비추
호텔들어가는 길이 하나뿐인데 나오는길이없어서 돌아나와야되서 택시타고 가기가 아주 불편함. 그래도 호텔앞에는 항상 블루버드 택시가 2~3대 대기하고있어서 그거 타기는 편함. 타케스멘션이 건물이 2개임 싼것을 샀다면 그건 정말오래된건물일거임. 내가 시골에서 가본 모텔보다도 더 상태가 안좋았음. 에어컨이랑 뜨거운물은 잘나옴. 더블베드 요청했는데 싱글베드 2개줌 그래서 싱글베드 하나를 옆으로 밀어서 붙였는데 침대 밑에 먼지 장난아니였음. 새벽 4시인가 5시쯤에 옆에 이슬람사원인지 어딘지 진짜 정말 크게 기도를 확성기로 함 절대 제정신으로는 못잠 술 필름끊길때까지 마셨다면 잘수있겠지. 사진에 혹해서 싼가격에 수영장이 맘에 들어 예약했다만 막상가보니 방자체부터가 별로라 옆에 새건물에 수영장가고픈맘이 사라짐. 단하나 아주 만족스러운것은 조식이였음. 인도네시아 내에서 먹어본 음식중에 젤 맛있었음.

Kom al jaren bij dit hotel. Internet is waardeloos en veel mensen spreken weinig Engels. Kamers prima. Beperkte kanalen op tv,maar genoeg. Douche heeft wat tijd nodig op te warmen. Ontbijt goed. Er gaan dingen fout, maar worden snel opgelost. Keuze uit twee zwembaden, beide verzorgd en prima. Sarinah mall met een goede keus winkels en naast indonesisch ook de bekende resto’s uit Westerse wereld als Starbucks, Burger King en McDonalds.

cette hôtel a deux bâtiments coller l un a l autres ... il y a donc 2 piscines.. une dans chaque . les chambres les moins chères sont dans le bâtiment plus ancien... chambre impeccable mais désuet ... avec une fenêtre presque inexistante ... un peu cave a mon gout... les chambre de luxe dans le bâtiment récent possède de belle baie vitrée ... les brochettes du restaurant servie sur le toit sont coter dans les guides touristique .. pas chère et très bonnes ; hôtel a pied un peu loin pour se déplacer mais en 15 a 20 MN a pied ..petit quatre coter et vivant mais avec l application GRAB on peut facilement trouver une moto taxi pour quelque centimes ... petit déjeuner buffet parfait et personnel adorable et pro. pour ma part la piscine coter pauvre ... est très bruyante on retouvre beaucoup de locaux avec peu d éducation ... donc c est la fêté a la grenouille... sa plongent et sa hurlent .... l autre est plus calme ... après je suis peu être mal tombé ...

モナスに近いホテル
モナス近くに位置する比較的きれいなホテル。2つの建物からできていて、フロントのある1階（と言いながらホテルに入るにはかなりの階段を上るのですが）でつながっている。モナスの周辺には国立博物館やカテドラルなどの観光施設もあるので便利。 部屋はきれいで、朝食のブッフェも良かった。 難点は分かりやすいアクセスがインドネシア銀行側からしかなく、ちょっと汚い河沿いを行くことになるの事。河の臭いが気になった。
