Absolutely fantastic stay. Everyone was so warm and friendly and thoughtful. The hotel is beautiful, with amazing facilities and lots of lounge space to relax. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the bar serves tasty cocktails. A perfect location, nearby lots of markets and the sights of the pink city. I can't wait to come back!
Exceptionally beautiful hotel with great facilities, very courteous staff and excellent dinining options. Prime location in Jaipur. Miles better than staying at large chain hotels.
This is a lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The food offering could be better with attention paid to details (eg local jams etc at breakfast not generic plastic packets). All the staff are lovely though the front desk were slow and we had some problems with miscommunication over booked transport but they sorted it in the end!
Padmaa is a very lovely hotel. The staff are very nice, Monika the manager is extremely professional and helpful, and the hotel itself is lovely. A charming haveli which has been sensitively restored, it is in one of the bazaars of the old city, so close to everything, but also not noisy at night. The food was good, and the rooms all very spacious. Thanks!
Almost 300-year house completely modernized and freshened. Clean, new fixtures, great staff

I do love a good Haveli . Having said that the rooms were basic and run down. Challenging to sleep due to poor soundproofing of the space. WiFi’ was an issue at times. Staff was great. Food was mediocre verging on bad. Would rate overall as a 3 star stay. Very expensive for the experience.
The hotel is a beautifully restored haveli. The rooms are quite large. The staff are very attentive and kind. They have a wonderful rooftop space that we enjoyed on several nights. Every night had live ghazal music. The food is some of the best we have had in Jaipur. The lighting in the two dining rooms was quite bright but was dimmed to an appropriate level upon request. Highly recommended.
The hotel is charming - like a Wes Anderson hotel set in India. Everything is mint and pink - in a great way. The rooms were beautiful, and the building in the whole shines.
The branded tuk tuk that picks one up was great.
And the staff were amazing - ready to bend over background - they made me an overnight train dinner bag, packaged all beautifully. They organized drivers for me. They definitely believe the “guest is the god”. Such an amazing experience.
We had an amazing stay at the Padmaa with hospitality and service at par with the best of the best hotels! The manager, Mr.Yudhishtir’s soothing presence made our stay memorable! The entire staff, Mr.Raj at the front desk, Rohit and Sachin at dining, Puja…all deserve 5/5 for their attentive service. The chef, Mr.Sanjay, cooked delicious meals, everything we tried was mouth watering! The beet root kebabs are a must try!
The rooms were luxurious with charming common areas to sit in. Being an old Haveli, it is situated in the bylanes of the busy Johari market and was a peaceful haven from the chaos outside. They operate an e-rickshaw to drop and pick up guests from the main road, the tuktuk drivers were very helpful with ensuring we got into our cabs. A beautifully restored property with charm and grace, the Padmaa was an unforgettable experience! The staff make it truly outstanding!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is very beautiful and charming, the rooms are very large, clean, and luxurious, but the lack of soundproofing and the incessant, particularly loud noise from the surrounding streets at all hours of the day and night make sleep unpredictable, sporadic, and mostly impossible (even between 2 and 6 a.m. you'll hear scooter & rickshaw horns). Breakfast is not at all commensurate with the prices charged, and a continental breakfast is not available.

Furthermore, the hotel, located in a maze of narrow streets, is not accessible by car. The hotel will send a rickshaw in only a few minutes, 24/7, to pick you up and take you to the nearest main street, but this requires prior notice when arriving, and isn't practical with children or a lot of luggage.
The staff are incredibly kind and professional in all circumstances.

In short, a perfect place for a break with tea during the day, or for Instagram-worthy photos, but unfortunately not for sleeping.
Simply one of the best stays I’ve experienced. Not just in India but in any country. If you like boutique hotels this is the boutiquey est. can’t recommend it enough.
Padmaa is an exquisite property, and we are so glad we stayed there. The staff and service are impeccable and the rooms are superlative.
Arriving at the hotel with our luggage was handled smoothly (their e rickshaw met us and loaded our luggage abs drove us over). Same for our departure.
On our daily trips we often chose to walk to and from Padmaa. the neighborhood has a lot of character and is perfectly safe, but it was crowded. Not a problem for us, but something to consider:
i would highly recommend it. Our rooms were gorgeous.
We had a fantastic stay at the Padmaa Haveli. It’s a gorgeous historic building owned by the same family for centuries and now converted into a beautiful boutique hotel balancing its history with contemporary interior style. The service was incredible - all the staff were amazing and always on hand to help with anything we needed.
The location is brilliant - it’s set right in the centre of the city within striking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The area is a historic and densely populated part of Jaipur a diverse areas including traditional residential properties, markets, and historical sites. While the area immediately around the hotel may face challenges associated with informality or poverty, I strongly disagree to the statement I read in a customer review somewhere that this hotel was in the middle of a slum. That is unfair and untrue - the area felt safe and is reflected of the city and country, one of the fastest growing economies in the world - full of extremes. If you’re uncomfortable with that maybe look at yourself and why you’re uncomfortable with this rather than unfairly catorgorising a neighbourhood and the people who live and work there.
The hotel at the time we stayed was still relatively new and had a few teething issues which they welcomed feedback on to improve. They are keen to make the best of this place so I’m sure once they into the stride will grow from strength to strength.
Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay.
Staying at the Padmaa Hotel in Jaipur felt like stepping into a beautifully preserved haveli, where traditional charm meets warm hospitality. The intricate architecture reflects Rajasthan’s rich heritage, while the fantastic food, evening Indian folk music, and the hotel’s charming tuk tuk service for pickups and drop-offs made the experience both authentic and effortlessly enjoyable.
