This hotel is beautiful. We chose a room in the middle of the price range, and it was wonderful with an extra seating area and a stunning bathroom. The service, however, did not match that quality. After we checked in, I tried calling housekeeping to ask for more hangars (only three in the closet for two people for four days) and glasses. Phone didn't work, so I went to the front desk to ask. Nothing happened, so the next day I found someone from housekeeping and was promised the items would be sent right away. Nothing happened. I gave up and draped my clothes over the closet rod. The glasses, even in our bathroom, never once were changed during the four days, so we rinsed them out as best we could. Wifi never worked. Breakfasts were adequate, nothing special. The only truly good service was in the rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed pleasant dinners.
