The hotel was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the à la carte menu and coffee bar were very expensive for the quality. The staff could also be more understanding and helpful with guest concerns. When we were struggling to find an ATM, they offered little assistance. We also tried to extend our stay, but the wrong dates were entered, and we were later told there was no availability for the extra night, with no apology for the mistake. Lastly, some staff made comments about how “nice guests” leave tips, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Excelent hotel, súper confortable rooms, clean, so so pretty! The staff was absolutely amazing. I had a massage with Zozo and it was great. Very good service at the restaurant from the entire staff, specially from Anura’s and Cheff Govind Bag. I will defenetly go back! Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinners great

Really wonderful experience. The guest is God is what they say here in India. Well, the guest is treated here with such kindness that makes me remember that saying. We felt so happy that we extended our stay. Wonderful place, rooms, food, staff. Every thing great!

This is a great 5 star hotel with a fantastic buffet dinner and breakfast. Rooms are super clean with a large window and adjustable aircon. Amazing staff who are impeccable in everything they do. Superb.

1. Property has courteous staff. 2. It is located within 10 minutes of the Airport. 3. Room corridors had a musty smell. 4. The room door was not automatically closing. 5. The steam press was leaking water when using with the steam function on. 6. I stayed for two nights and the washroom flush was not working on the second day. 7. F&b service at Okra, the all day dining restaurant, was poor when it was busy.

I prefer to stay at Maririott whenever I go to Jaipur for a mumber of reasons. Its very close to airport, spacious comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner spreads and last but not the least, availability of smoking room.
