Water pressure in bath tub is very low in 808 room. Hotel provided call centre mobile numbers on website is pathetic, one is continuously switched off & another is no answer. One was the the minibar was totally empty. Later I was told that they fill it only if we ask. Another was that there was no single stitch of paper in the room that told us of the services or the in-room service menu or the phone numbers. I had to go down to ask for the menu. The food that I ordered, soup, salad and ham sandwich were not befitting such a hotel. Then most importantly, the windows were not sound proof and we were disturbed well beyond midnight by the music that was being played downstairs. The buffet breakfast was very mediocre The best part was that the people at the reception and others were most friendly and the location close to airport and town was convenient. The cafeteria is all-Indian cuisine, over-priced/spiced, and the other restaurant (Zoolocruise) is extremely expensive with no Western-style food. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. If there's any expectation from a standard of service or trappings of comfort for a relaxed stay, you're best advised to avoid this place by a mile. A dump with a comfy bed at best. In summary, terribly mediocre breakfast buffet, pathetic amenities, awful service. To be fair though, it's priced at a 40% discount to its contemporaries.
