The home accommodates up to 12 guests and offers comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The Space

The home features three bedrooms with a combination of king, queen, double, and additional sleeping accommodations.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, private bathroom, balcony with lounge furniture, handcrafted wood details, and beautiful ocean views.

The second bedroom includes a king-size bed and two double beds, providing plenty of space for families or larger groups.

The third bedroom features a custom rustic queen-size log bed that complements the home's natural Costa Rican setting.

Throughout the property, you will find handcrafted wood furniture, rustic details, bright open spaces, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

The open-plan living area is spacious, comfortable, and designed for spending time together.

Private Pool & Outdoor Area

The swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation, creating a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a small private resort.

Enjoy your morning coffee outside, cool off in the pool, relax under the umbrella, or listen to the sounds of the rainforest in the evening.

Maintenance personnel may occasionally access the property's maintenance or storage areas and may perform routine pool maintenance during your stay.

Playa Hermosa Beach Access

Guests have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach, where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, sunsets, sunbathing, and long walks along the shore.

Two foldable beach chairs are available in the laundry room for guest use. Please return them after each use.

Important: Under current Hermosa Palms policies, rental guests do not have access to the Beach Club or its public swimming pool facilities. Guests continue to have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.

Laundry

A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Additional cleaning can also be arranged, subject to availability:

Pet Friendly

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay.

Pets must remain on a leash while in common areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Private Transportation

Private transportation may be available upon request.

Juan Santamaría International Airport to Playa Hermosa:
$150 one way for up to 10 passengers.

The property is approximately 90 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport, depending on traffic conditions.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Subject to availability, we may offer:

Early check-in from 8:00 AM: $150
Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM: $150

One day before arrival, we may also be able to confirm a complimentary 2:00 PM check-in, depending on availability.

Visitors

Visitors who are not included in the reservation may be subject to an additional charge of $25 per person, per day, subject to approval and availability.

Security & Guest Registration

Hermosa Palms is a private residential community with security.

Before arrival, guests must provide information required by residential security for everyone staying at the property, including:

Full name
ID or passport number
Vehicle license plate number, when applicable

Providing this information in advance helps make entry into the community faster and easier.

Important Information About Staying in Costa Rica

This property is located in a tropical coastal environment surrounded by rainforest.

We strongly recommend bringing:

Insect repellent
Sunscreen
Sandals or water shoes
Personal toiletries and supplies

Insects, wildlife, and other elements of tropical nature are a normal part of life in Costa Rica. Guests may occasionally see insects or local wildlife around the property.

Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, or internet service may also occur in the area and can sometimes be outside of our control.

Construction, maintenance, or renovations may occasionally take place within the surrounding residential community.

Pool & Ocean Safety

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool or visiting the ocean.

Please remember that ocean conditions can change quickly and guests should always exercise caution.

Maximum Occupancy

The home is designed to accommodate a maximum of 12 guests with the provided sleeping arrangements, linens, and towels.

If an additional guest is approved, they must provide their own towels and sleeping arrangements. Any additional guest fee covers only the use of the property, swimming pool, water, electricity, and other general amenities.

Guest Support

We want you to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. Because this is a private home, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally occur. If anything comes up, please contact us immediately so we can arrange assistance as quickly as possible.
