With 5000 square feet of space, and top of the line amenities, including a pool with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean you’ll have plenty of room to relax and unwind. All of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms as well as a poolside bathroom. The home was designed with walls of glass to allow you to take in the breathtaking views of the Jungle and Ocean while indoors. Each bedroom has it’s own TV with cable, air conditioning, and room darkening drapes and shades for maximum comfort. At the end of your day, relax and slip into the cool and soft luxury sheets and comforters that make up our beds. Organic luxury shampoos, body wash, and soft towels are in every bathroom along with we provide pool towels in every room for your use. Our kitchens are fully equipped whether you wish to cook a new local recipe you learned or your own personal favorites. Eating A complimentary snack is provided to you in the Villa for your arrival. Once you have had a chance to relax from your long flight there will be time to venture out to one of the local grocery stores or dining establishments. There is a small local grocery store just 3/4 of a mile from the Villa or a larger grocery store approximately 5 miles in the town of Jaco. There are several great little places to eat, next to the beach in Playa Hermosa as well as a large number of dining establishments in Jaco and the surrounding area. Looking for something special? Just ask us! Like to BBQ, no problem. Our Villa is equipped with a propane gas grill clean and ready for your use. Don’t want to cook at all? Hire a Chef for your stay. We have several for you to choose from. Getting here San Jose airport is around 90 minutes away from the town of Playa Hermosa / Jaco. Shuttle services to and from the airport to our homes are available upon request. Rental cars are available at the airport, as well as in Jaco. Additionally, local driver services are available for an extra fee. Animals on the property Wild animals come to the properties so please, for your safety and theirs do not feed or attempt to touch them. We like to keep them as dehumanized as possible. Enjoy their visits but keep your distance as wild animals are unpredictable. The view was breathtaking. We saw so many birds and iguanas on the property. Very close to main Jaco. Laura was immensely helpful in letting is know the best places to eat and the currier service. There are gekos but mostly outside a few inside. Not to worry they are harmless and are a good omen. We will be visiting again. ##### Chris R. Beautiful home with an incredible view. Beds, Furniture, and Appliances are very dated giving a deteriorating/unmaintained appearance. No dishwasher, no ice maker, and no disposal. No hot water day one; however, the property manager sent someone to turn on breaker immediately after I contacted her the next day. The outdoor infinity pool is awesome. I asked every question possible and every question was responded to within hours and with great detail. We went for a 65th birthday celebration and they set up decorations upon our arrival and coordinated a cake being made and a chef and bartender to be at the house upon arrival as well. I will say just be clear about what you are ordering if hiring chefs and bartenders and understand that all services are cash only-I made the mistake of not having enough cash and they graciously just came back later that day to collect after I had a chance to go to an ATM machine. The house looks exactly as it is pictured. Location is perfect. Markets, beaches and beach nightlife were all within 10 minutes of the house. I could not ask for anything else. ##### Charisma J.
