Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. "Staff was great and helpful. Great breakfast, food and drinks. Nice swimming pools and perfect for kids and adults alike. Nice gardens and open areas. Big rooms although somewhat outdated. The only black dot (for me at least) was that they have too many restrictions and they make sure you know about them. There are signs containing the words "no", "can't", "don't", "prohibido", etc all over the place and that can be overwhelming and give you the feeling that you are being watched all the time."
