This dynamic space is located in downtown Jaco, just steps to the beach! It has been designed with a fun & enjoyable vacation in mind and boasts- a large private pool & hot tub, basketball court, steam room, pool table, waterfall, outdoor bar, foosball table, fire pit, garden gazebo w/ BBQ, hammocks, & an outdoor movie theatre. There is high speed wifi, cable, LCD flatscreens & air-conditioning in all rooms & common areas

The ‘ Pura Vida Villa’ is not your average vacation home- this tropical escape is a unique property both inside and out. The compound truly gives the impression you are in your own private resort. It’s slice of paradise within paradise. This secluded oasis is nestled away in the heart of town so you can enjoy the privacy of a hidden & secure villa yet just minutes walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.   
  
The grounds are extremely spacious with ample indoor and outdoor communal spaces making ideal for hosting large groups! It is great for families, weddings, retreats and bachelor or bachelorettes or for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, safe and out of the ordinary place to vacation.   
  
Outside beautiful vibrant and colourful art work from local artists surrounds the property! Inside, we have merged natural Costa Rican style with North American comforts. From the beautiful woodwork, handmade furniture, abundance of amenities and entertainment - you won’t find another space like it   
  
Nature lovers needn’t miss this one! We have extensive lush & well maintained gardens where it isn't uncommon to see tropical birds, geckos, spiders, frogs, and iguanas in the foliage. We also grow variety of different fruits on the property that you are welcome to help yourself to if it’s in season!   
  
Each of our bedrooms is a themed room and has been tastefully painted with mural art and decor to showcase some of the amazing nature Costa Rica has to offer:

#### Perfect Bachelor Party pad

The host was amazing and was available 24/7 to get us anything we needed with little to no delivery fees (beer/food/reservations). She responded quickly and provided great recommendations. Property was nice and cleaned well. The main house had 3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The 2nd house (with 5 rooms) was good to sleep in but the bathrooms were smaller and had no ac so the people in there used the bathrooms in the main house instead. (But the other bathrooms were usuable if your friends aren't so picky).Security guard was a cool guy and definitely needed. As long as you didn't destroy the property you could do ANYTHING infront of him. We felt safe and that our belongings were safe the entire time.We went the route of booking our own stuff and glad we chose this place instead of using one of those bachelor party services that upcharge you crazy amounts. (The host does offer the same things if you wanted, just need to ask). 2 ubers to the bars or a short 5-10 minute walk.

The Pura Vida Villa is a beautiful property! We spent most of our days lounging by and swimming in the pool! The outdoor oasis was our favorite! Jessie was easy to communicate with and helped us book some amazing excursions! We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica!

#### Great place for a big group

We had a large group of 16 people and Pura Vida was the perfect place for our stay. There were many great places for people to gather, including a great central pool, upstairs bar and pool table, or little seating areas around the property. Jessie and the team were great to help set up everything we needed for the trip, from a private chef to transportation to/from the airport. We showed up and basically everything was covered for us so we could relax and have some fun.

All the way leading up to our stay, the communication with our point of contact was quick to respond, and gave all info necessary. During the stay, everyone involved made it a point to tend to our every need, without being too pushy or anything. They were all great. The property itself was baller. Like something out of MTV cribs. It was perfect for our group. I took one star off "accuracy of listing" because the rim of the hoop was bent. But we were still able to shoot on it. I'd just inquire first if that bothers you at all. Overall I highly recommend this property.
