"The house looked just like the photos! The communication with the host was great! Very responsive when needed. The pool and hot tub were nice, they worked the host turned everything on when ready to use so quickly! My kids enjoyed our stay! I will recommend and book again!"

"the kitchen had nothing to use for cooking. room was clean but had roaches. did'nt get much sleep from noise in room above me. I would not stay at this site again but will stay at another extended stay hotel"

"Two of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Despite being smaller than pictured, the third bunk bed room was perfectly suited for children. The driveway accommodates only two cars; the garage is off-limits, and parking on the grass is prohibited. On the street, parking is not available because the house is in a curve. This pet-friendly home features a fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. We bought a nice charcoal BBQ grill and left it there for the next guests to enjoy, should they want to cook out. The house had clean bedding and towels, but I would bring patio chairs and bath cloths. The property owner was very attentive and available if we needed anything. I had a good experience and would definitely book here again."

"Room was clean enough the half a#* renovations made ot look worse than anything I did have a quite a few uninvited guest enough that I wouldn't bring my bag in for fear of taking them (roaches) I also didn't appreciate them telling me at check in that if I was caught hanging out outside after 9 pm that I would be evicted without a refund since I am a grown woman and if I want to hang out at 3 am and smoke that is my proagative.Its a non smoking room supposedly but all I could smell was stale cigarettes with me being a smoker i should not have smelled cigarettes to the point i had to spray air freshener. "

"Felix was an amazing host. Upon our arrival they were cutting and nearing up the yard for us. The rooms were nice and kept. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean and had plenty of dishes and even had some spices! The neighborhood is quiet and the street is very narrow for a truck like ours but it was no problem. They left out enough towels, disinfectant wipes, kitchen towels, air fresheners, cleaning supplies ect. It’s everything you can ever need. LITERALLY. We wanted to extend our stay for a couple more weeks!! When we saw there was train activity I was curious and wondered exactly how close we would be. To my suprise IT WAS SO CLOSE. You could feel the house move and the CHOO CHOO from the train. My daughter loved hearing it and seeing it pass by. But it wasn’t so pleasant the first night lol. It took me two days to adjust and then it wasn’t so bad! My only downside to this was the bugs. As it’s described in the listing. I saw a lizard in the curtains in one of the rooms!! Which is bad if you’re iffy about bugs! But it was outweighed by hearing the beautiful blue birds that would visit us outside the backyard every morning. The only other complaint would be there aren’t washer/dryer at this house but there is a laundromat 5 mins away from the house in each direction. It’s also very far away from the shopping malls or the beach. But I appreciate how comfortable I was made to feel in the house. It has a very vintage, Old (in a good way) nostalgic feel to this house."

"We liked how close it was to the zoo. We were upset the property was not accurately shown in the pictures. We were looking forward to the couch being beside the bed in the master room being we have small children and we’re glad they would get to room share with us unfortunately that was not the case. "
