"The resort staff were over the top welcoming, accommodating. Beach chairs were put out for guests to enjoy the fireworks display directly in front of resort. Expedia did not make it clear that parking would add $158 to the bill by resort"s parking vendor. Other guest left their dog in the room, unattended and we had to listen to it barking for quite a while. Room refreshed daily. Poolside cocktails were quite expensive yet seemed void of alcohol. However, the lounge chairs poolside were so very plush! Resort still in reno mode. Location is wonderful, you could park and walk everywhere. Bring your own water. You receive two complimentary bottles a day. I've had to request final bill three times and still haven't received it although my card has been charged. Top tier staff and excellent cleanliness."
