Living spaces
Spread across two levels, the open-concept layout keeps the living and dining areas flowing naturally together. Sink into the sofa for a movie on the HDTV, catch up on work at the dedicated workspace, or let the air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans handle the rest while you decompress. Keypad self check-in at the private entrance means arrival is entirely on your terms, and two parking spaces on premises are included.
 
Sleeping arrangements
All three bedrooms are furnished with king beds - ideal for families and groups who value their own space. The primary bedroom sits on the main level with a private ensuite that includes a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath, and one opens directly onto a balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Gather around the dining table for a shared breakfast before heading out, or wind down over a home-cooked dinner after a day on the water.
 
Outdoor & community
The patio and balcony offer calm pond views - a natural spot to start or close out the day. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. Within the community, the pool and clubhouse are open for guest use. Golf tee times at the TPC course or The Yards, along with pickleball reservations, can be booked independently at nearby facilities.
 
Additional details
Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on hand. Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees - assistance animals are always welcome.
