"Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant and friendly. Our first room had a smoke smell and felt like the ac wasn't working. As soon as we mentioned it, they gave us a new room. We were happy with our stay!"

"We stay at this Hotel Every visit to Jacksonville Beach. Its a great hotel that is right on the beach, just a short walk down from the pier and an ocean walk / boardwalk with bars, restaurants, and a store or 2. The Hotel is Always clean and smells clean, but this time around, our room smelt very must, and the carpet in the roomfelt very sticky and dirty. I also booked an ocean view room and only hit q partial ocean view room. Other than that, the stay was great. Breakfast is included also. Its a great stay especially with small children"
