If you need to go to the beach, just step out on the oceanfront deck and take the connecting walkway to the nearest beach access, all the while never letting the ocean view go out of sight! Do you have a fishing boat or jet skis? The sound side of the complex has boat docks, a boat ramp, and trailer parking (first come, first serve). You can't go wrong with Queen's Grant, and you'll be greatly relaxed with the wonderful atmosphere of B-105.

Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

*The bedroom TV does not have a cable box but can be used to connect streaming or gaming devices.* Bed sizes include a King and 2 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.
