Upstairs, unwind in three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed and a balcony with stunning views, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and en suite bath, while the third bedroom provides two full beds and an additional private bath—perfect for families or groups.

Guest Access:

Before proceeding to your unit, please obtain a Community Parking Pass from the Amelia Island Plantation Security Gate at 11 Beach Lagoon Rd. This pass must be displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay. If you have multiple vehicles, the Beachwood complex offers ample complimentary parking.



Guest Entry Instructions:



This rental utilizes a keyless entry system. Your access code will be sent via email and text on the afternoon of your arrival.

All properties feature self-check-in.

Check-in instructions will be emailed 5 days before your arrival.

Your door code will be sent via email on the day of arrival.

Deposit Information:



A $500 hold is placed on the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported.

Additional Fees:



Bookings exceeding 30 days may incur extra cleaning fees and an additional security deposit.

Refunds and Cancellations:



10% of the booking fee is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made 61 days or more before the reservation date will receive a 90% refund.

Cancellations made 31-60 days before the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Separate cancellation coverage may be available from third-party vendors.
