This south side of this 4 bedroom, 3 bath dog friendly oceanfront duplex is a great place to relax and unwind with your family. Have a large group? Rent the north side, Misty Morning North, as well. This comfortable home is located on a deep dune with expansive beach and endless ocean views. The interior is decorated in soothing neutrals and coastal touches, creating the perfect beach oasis. On the first floor you’ll find a spacious and sunny open concept living, dining, and kitchen, with sliding doors to access the oceanfront deck. Whether you’re whipping up something delicious in the bright kitchen with all new stainless kitchen appliances, gathered around the ample dining table, or kicking back to watch a movie in the comfortable living room, everyone can hang out together, including up to two well-behaved dogs. Living room has a 58" LED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV with Guest Mode (automatically deletes all sign in info a the end of your stay). Start each day of your stay with breakfast on one of the oceanfront decks or relax in the evening and count the stars. This oceanfront homes enjoys well established dunes with a shared walkway (with the other side of the duplex) directly to the beach, where some of the best shells on the island can typically be found. On the end is a seating area, perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset each day. The house didn’t appear to be cleaned well before we arrived-dirty dishes that had mold on them in dishwasher, but other than that loved everything else about the house. King size beds in 2 of the rooms was nice. Loved the setup on the balcony and large kitchen table to seat everyone for dinner. Love that the balcony was also gated so our dog could come out there off her leash. Overall, the property is nice, with a large living dining area and plenty of sleep space with comfortable bedding. The individual decks for each room are amazing and everyone can space out to enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the waves crashing just yards away. The only negatives here are, first, the steps. The steps are not built to code, and too small to fit your entire foot on, thank goodness sturdy handrails are in place, which prevented all but one trip and fall. Secondly, the upstairs bathrooms are tiny, with the smallest showers we had ever seen in a house. Everything else was in working order and the realty company provided a welcome bag with nice items to help get settled in. ##### Karen H.
