Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter. Due to the pool and the gym being community amenities and not under our control, we are not responsible if the pool or gym is not accessible for ANY reason. No refunds or credit will be issued for this reason. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances.
