The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests shall vacate premises before designated check-out. If guests leave Premises more than ten (10) minutes after posted check-out time, a $75 fee will be charged.
If possession of Premises is held for more than 30 minutes beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at base nightly rate without discounts.
All Guests must be approved before check-in. A $250 fee per unlogged Guest shall be charged. Guests may be removed from the reservation if deemed unsuitable for occupancy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking ($200 fine). Pet fee required before check-in. No access until paid. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine.
Absolutely no parties. Unreported guests, gatherings, trash, damage, or property misuse will result in a $200 fine.
Pool access is limited to 2 registered guests only. Lost or unreturned pool fob/wristband will incur a $150 replacement fee per item.
