Entire 3 bedroom home in Historic Avondale

A quaint 3 bedroom home in Avondale near Riverside and Five Points. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is close to the local restaurants of Five Points and King Street. It is walking distance to a local library as well as a city park. The fenced backyard offers privacy and makes the outdoor space perfect for entertaining. (Pets allowed on longer stays.) House includes a full sized washer and dryer. Perfect for snow birds, reunions, families relocating, or traveling professionals.
The space
This beautiful house offers 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and sun room. One bedroom has a king sized bed. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. The two bedrooms with the queen beds have a smart TV in the room.

The kitchen is equipped with a Samsung dual gas and electric range. (The cooktop is gas and the oven is electric.) There is a drip coffee maker, Ninja blender, Breville toaster over, Cuisinart food processor and microwave. Basic cookware and knives for meal preparation are available.
