    Come and relax in the cool walls of a house located on a quiet street in the heart of the Mandarin. You will see 3 spacious bedrooms (master bedroom is king size, others are queen sizes) 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, new furniture. Everything else comes with a place near the fireplace, where you can gather.
    Clean and new house with amenities.
    Jacksonville Beach in 25 min.
    Malls can be reached in 15 min.
    Downtown in 20 min.

    Additional rules
    Quiet hours: 10pm -8am
    Check-in - after 5 pm.
    House access - code will be provided prior to check-in.
    Check out - 11am.
    Individuals under the age of 21 cannot book or move into our house on their own without an adult. Person under 21 should be accompanied by someone who is 21 years of age or older.

Great weekend! We were in town for a family weekend wedding and this house was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is older but safe and friendly. We will definitely stay when we are back in town.

Home is cozy and roomy as we spent time with our 4 grandchildren, ages 2,3,6,and 7. Nice fenced yard and patio area. All shopping close by. Great A/C and TV’s. Quality washer and dryer. Only negative is ant problem in kitchen.

Property was renovated as shown in picture and very spacious, the neighborhood was very pleasant.We had an issue with ants but the owner provided some ant traps that helped.We would suggest they provide some baking sheets for cookies etc.A door to the back bedroom does not close properly
