Take an outdoor break on your furnished upstairs balcony, then settle into a private three-bedroom apartment in Historic Springfield. A king bedroom, queen bedroom and a room with two full-size beds offer flexible sleeping space for Jacksonville visits.



Cook in the kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and gather at the separate dining table for six. In-unit laundry adds convenience. The apartment accommodates up to eight guests, but everyone shares one full bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower attachment; stepping over the tub side is required.

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.



Your Space & Access

Guests have exclusive use of the upstairs unit, its balcony, kitchen and laundry. Stairs are required. The downstairs unit is a separate residence. Parking is on the street, subject to posted restrictions.

Fees & Damage Protection

Amounts below are in US dollars. Rent, cleaning, applicable pet charges and taxes are shown in the booking quote. Charges already collected by your booking platform are not collected again through SuiteOp.



Where permitted by your booking platform and disclosed before booking, choose a refundable $400 security deposit OR the optional JaxBNB accidental-damage waiver, never both. The waiver costs $33.00 for 1–10 nights, plus $24.75 for each additional started 10-night block, up to 365 nights. Partial blocks count as full blocks; 11–20 nights costs $57.75. A purchased waiver replaces the alternative deposit. Your choice is handled through JaxBNB’s SuiteOp guest portal, subject to the booking platform’s permitted collection method.



The deposit is a card authorization hold scheduled two days before arrival, or when completed for a later booking. If no eligible claim remains, release is initiated within three days after checkout; bank processing may take longer. Any deduction requires an itemized, supported claim.



The waiver is a contractual waiver of eligible accidental physical damage up to $1,000 total per stay, not guest-purchased insurance. Its fee is nonrefundable except as required by the accepted booking terms, law or platform policy. Exclusions include linens and towels, excess cleaning, missing items, misuse, intentional or reckless damage, and damage related to smoking, over-occupancy or parties/events, including approved events. Ordinary wear, pre-existing damage and routine turnover cleaning are not extra charges. Review the full terms before choosing.



Optional Extras

Extras require availability and JaxBNB’s approval. Early check-in: $15 for 3 PM or $25 for 2 PM; standard check-in is 4 PM. Late checkout requested before departure day: $15 for 11 AM or $25 for noon; requests on departure day: $30 for 11 AM or $50 for noon. Standard checkout is 10 AM. A request alone does not change your arrival or departure time. Linen refresh: $45. Towel refresh: quoted, starting at $25. Mid-stay cleaning: quoted and accepted before scheduling. Review the displayed total and any applicable taxes before purchasing.



Other Charges & House Rules

The following apply only where disclosed and accepted before booking and permitted by law and your booking platform. They are not automatic charges for every stay. Smoking/vaping indoors: $250 per stay. Unauthorized party/event: $500 per stay, with separate documented physical damage and possible lawful termination of the stay. Unauthorized pet: $250 per stay; protected assistance animals are exempt. Unapproved late checkout: $50 per stay, plus separate documented cleaner rescheduling costs actually incurred. Guests above the maximum overnight occupancy: $50 per excess person, once per stay using the highest verified simultaneous overnight count. Payment never authorizes a violation or increases occupancy limits.



Guest-caused lost/damaged standard TV remotes: actual replacement cost up to $25 each; basic metal keys: actual replacement cost up to $10 each. Specialty keys, remotes, fobs, necessary locksmith work and specialist remediation: reasonable documented actual cost, without a management markup. Extraordinary in-house cleaning or excess-trash labor: $45 per worker-hour in 15-minute increments, with no minimum; actual disposal costs may also apply. An outside vendor’s reasonable additional invoice may apply instead, without charging twice for the same work. Routine turnover cleaning and normal maintenance are excluded.



All claims require documentation, respect any applicable waiver coverage, and follow the booking platform’s required process. No duplicate recovery or prohibited penalty is authorized. Mandatory law and platform rules control, including any restriction to actual documented losses. These disclosures do not impose new charges on an existing reservation.
