WE ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO A POOL, OUR NIEGHBORHOOD IS SAFE AND QUIET. THIS COULD BE YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE HAVE BREAKFAST AND WASHER AND DRYER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE . If there is anything you need in addition to your departure feel free to call or email me. Please as you depart turn off all fans ,tvs, and lights. Make sure the front and lanai doors are locked.
Place all used towels in the washer and (ROBES IF USED PLACE THEM IN THE WASHER WITH THE TOWELS. PLEASE DON'T HANG THEM BACK UP) start it. Please don't make up any bed that has been used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
