3012 Club Villa - Adorable Townhome on the Golf Course in the Omni Resort

  • Just minutes from the pristine beach, and footsteps to your palm-lined pool, this oasis is located in the prestigious, Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Relish your morning coffee and sunset views from the private balcony of your spacious, master bedroom.

    This is a two story villa with the kitchen, dining area and living room all located downstairs with an open floor plan that's perfect for gathering. The living room does have a sleeper sofa to allow 2 more people to sleep. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms each have their own private bath. This unit is close to historic, downtown Fernandina, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and galleries. This beach getaway is a relaxing vista to escape to and a great place to make memories with family and friends!
