Home away from home

We stayed April's place every year and have never been disappointed it is our home away from home. It is clean spacious comfortable with everything available needed for a pleasant stay. April has made the whole process easy. She is always available to answer questions and to provide help when needed.

Home away from home

This is my second time renting here but not my last. The house is alleys clean. The host is great and leaves sll kinds of extra amenities to help make your stay as comfortable as they can. The area is safe and quiet. Jacksonville is my home away from home and anytime I come this is where I’d like to stay.

The property is close to both the airport and family. There is shopping and many dining options nearby. April was a delight to work with, I would definitely stay again. Less than a 1/2 hour to the Everbank Stadium. Packers 30 Jaguars 27

This property was absolutely amazing smelled so good and was super clean I felt so safe the games was also super fun me and my boyfriend loved the giant connect 4 and uno cards the host was as sweet as can be I found it so cool you can control the fan and lights with the remotes I will definitely be back to visit thank you so much

We have stayed at April's house in Jacksonville about 7-8 times over the past eight years, and we will return again when we visit family in the area. The community is clean, safe, and conveniently located, allowing ready access all that the Jacksonville area has to offer. The house is well apportioned, comfortable, and clean. April is a most excellent hostess. She has always been concerned about our comfort and well being. She is quick to respond to any concerns we might have. Her communications are clear, and she is a delight to know.

The place wasn't ready when we arrive, then we don’t have access to the mastercloset since the belongings of the host were stored there. I approached about the mastercloset and i was informed that if i don't like it to leave, so we did and got another place. Fortunately I was charge for an overnight stay.

The Perfect Stay

This house could it have been a more perfect house for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. The location was convenient and not too far from most of our destinations, the neighborhood was quaint and respectful and April was such a easy host to work with.
