Prepare family meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stove, Keurig coffee maker with assorted K-cups, dishwasher, large double door fridge/freezer combo with ice maker, and island with bar stools. Starter kits make your stay seamless, with kitchen essentials (wash sponge, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods) and bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, lotion, hand soap). The secondary bathroom provides a convenient shower-tub combo and vanity.

Pool Heater
We have a gas pool heater available for your comfort. If you would like to use the pool heater during your stay, there is a 100 USD surcharge.
This is an optional add-on; please message us before your stay if you would like to use the heater, and the charge applies only if you choose to use it.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all.
• No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests are responsible for any applicable cleaning or odor-removal charges.
• Pet Policy: Welcoming to well-behaved pets (limited to 2 dogs, 50 lbs max each, with a 100 USD fee; breed restrictions may apply); please clean up after them and keep them off furniture.
• Security Features: For your safety, we have 1 exterior camera (Ring doorbell at the front entrance). No indoor cameras. Backdoor alarms on both doors leading to the backyard to alert access to the pool area.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in for flexibility; standard times are 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out. Late checkout may be available on request; please message us at least 24 hours ahead.
• Damage Waiver: Rest easy with 1,500 USD coverage through Waivo (terms apply).
• Additional Rules: No parties or events; maximum occupancy 6 guests. Enhanced cleaning protocols ensure a spotless arrival. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday; place the trash bin at the street side the night before.
