- Bookings made within 24 hours prior to check-in time and date are not refundable. - Quiet hours are set by the city between 10pm-8am. - No smoking inside. Dispose of butts appropriately if smoking outside. - Use provided make up wipes/rags to remove makeup. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit. - Crack a window when taking a hot shower to allow the steam to vent. If this is uncomfortable, open a window and bathroom door upon leaving the bathroom until steam has vented. - Pet fee: $75 We love dogs, but if your pup barks when you are not home, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements.

The beds were wonderful, the AC blows cold. The property is clean and the kitchen was perfect. I really enjoyed sitting up on the deck in the evenings with the ocean breeze. Will definitely stay here again
It's not very expensive so don't expect it to be super nice. It's a small 2 BR with a small bathroom and a giant deck. Everything worked great and was clean. We easily walked to tons of bars and restaurants.
Loved our stay, just a short walk from the beach! Property is clean and exactly as described. Definitely recommend and would stay here again! Property owner was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for our stay.
Seas the day indeed! We had a lot of fun at Jacksonville beach, in large part due to our stay at Seastheday. It's super close to the beach, the peer, and all of the local bars and restaurants showing the World Cup games. Great spot for Jax beach!
We had a great visit at SeasTheDay. The location was ideal for our visit. Close to the beach and nearby to relatives and the wedding venue. The bed was comfortable and the deck was spacious. Kent was always timely in reaching out to make sure we were comfortable and in responding to our queries. We look forward to visiting again the next time we are in town.
Don't be stressed by the musty smell in the stairway. The apartment has been totally updated, is super clean and has no odor. The rooms are a nice size, beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed being out in the fenced backyard when my son brought his dog over to visit. The only complaint is that my husband wanted a tv in the bedroom. I am totally ok with no tv in a bedroom. I would rent this property again!
Kent is the most generous and wonderful host you could ask for!!! My boyfriend and I arrived in Jacksonville during Hurricane Ian and Kent was so kind as to let us stay longer than our check out time so we’d be safe and not have to brave the hurricane. We really couldn’t have asked for a more cozy place to wait out the storm. Everything was clean and homey and we would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!
For our small family, this was a great find. On a quiet street and only a few blocks (easy walk) to the beach. Several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house was well-equipped, clean, and we enjoyed the huge back deck.
Great rental great communication. The only advise I have to renters is be aware this is a pet friendly rental. I had trouble with my allergies secondary to dogs being in the beds. Also the renters below us had dogs that barked all night.
We enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day! The house is in an ideal location to the beach and local restaurants. Beds and accommodations were comfortable and home and the owner was responsive to all questions. The back deck was wonderful for relaxing after the beach or in the evening. Close to everything! Only had to share a room with 1 big spider on the wall. Comfy beds, clean rooms, couches could use more fluff in the seat cushions. Dairy Queen was just across the parking lot. The ahi tuna tostada at Salt Life was delicious, good food for the money. Salt Life restaurant was super close.
