Always a great property, very clean , great breakfast. Lovely staff. Great local red. Close to beach .

This was a fabulous hotel that just needs some tweaks for improvement to hit that 5 star. The views are incredible, the pool area is lovely, although does get very crowded and people are reserving sunbeds at 7am! Don’t expect to get a front row after 7.30am. This is the same for most beds by 8/8.30. Every day we came down, the pool drinks tables were sticky and dirty from the day before which shocked me for a resort of this level. Drinks service around the pool could be quite slow, we waited 50...

I was a little nervous after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I have to say that this property was fantastic! We stayed in the south wing (not the atrium) and I found that this was so quiet and tucked away. I can see that atrium rooms might be disturbed a bit from noise in the main lobby. The room was clean and spacious and I saw not one bug! The room has a microwave, fridge and coffee machine and sink. It was great. The pool was warm and the hot tub very hot. For the money, good hotel with nice sized room, good internet, easy parking, right on I95. Most people must stay over s a stop on I95. Not suitable for a long stay due to area - see below. Better than nearby Country Inn & Suites.

Given the price of other hotels in the immediate vicinity this one is a bargain! Sure, it is a budget property, but if you are looking for a clean bed close to the beach this fits the bill perfectly. For us it was a one night stop to go to a Blackberry Smoke concert 2 miles up the road at The St Augustine Amphitheater. One of our favourite music venues and an amazing show. Will stay here next time if the price is right as it saves the 2 hour plus late night drive back to Kissimmee.
