One of knobs on the bathroom sink did not work for the hot water. Room did not include a microwave so we had to ask for one in which was a $20 charge per night. ...

Check in was at 4 but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room had an overwhelming smell of clearer when i 1st entered it. After the smell diminished, it was obvious to my son and I that someone had been smoking in the room. Both oders where in the room for the duration of our stay.

The elevator was not working when we got there. My wife has an oxygenator and this was not a good situation. Very disappointed.
