The property was as promised and advertised. Communication with the host was great prior to arrival. However, the "greeting" via TV the moment the door was opened was not helpful. The first thing travelers pay attention to after arrival is not attending to a TV presentation. To make matters worse, I did not have access to wifi password info and my cell phone and computer were both worthless during the stay. Since these were the only tools for contacting management, it made the rest of the stay challenging. Need written info available in the room upon arrival. Also, the sleeper sofa was so broken down it was impossible to use as seating. We improvised with some camp chairs we brought with us. The beds, however, were quite good! ##### GAIL W.
