We also had an issue with the main TV but the management did try to solve but not enough time by the time we called- so check them right when you get there. This listing is a very nice unit with lots of space and everything you could want or need while on vacation. There was a slight problem with the AC system when we arrived. It would not work at all and of course it was the hottest day of our stay there. Outpost people were very responsive though and got someone there that night to assess the situation. Unfortunately, it needed a certified technician, who arrived the next day to fix the problem. Throughout the process, Outpost people were very intentional to stay in contact with us and keep us updated and make sure we were satisfied once the repairs were completed. Way more to see and do in Jackson than at the JH resort, and as long as you leave early you can get into parking lots at Jackson Hole. The unit has underneath covered parking which is important during snow season. Management company was super responsive. You are also a short walk to Snow King resort ##### Dan R.
