Loft: 2 Twin Beds (King Conversion available for a fee). Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room ​​​​​​​Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. When your family won't quite fit in one room anymore, this one bedroom loft will give you just the right amount of additional space. Entering this second-floor condo, you'll find a high celings and oversized southwest facing windows. A fully-equipped kitchen opens to the dining space and a living room that features a fireplace and a deck with an electric barbecue grill. There is a half bath with washer/dryer in the hall on this level. Up half a flight is the queen bedroom with a full bath and a small deck. Up another small set of stairs is the loft, with two twin beds. These twin beds can be converted to a king bed for a fee. This property can sleep an additional 2 people on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are three half flights of stairs to the entry. \*\*Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. The condo had everything that we needed and had plenty of space . It stayed cool regardless of no air conditioning in the unit. Close to Grand Tetons and Jackson. The only comment is that the complex needs better lighting outside in the stairway. We had to leave early and come back late a few days while it was dark outside and it was just a little precarious. In a great location close to the mountain with a General Store. Everything was perfect with the actual place. However I have no intrest in dealing with the property management again. They are absolutely overbearing with how much they want to contact us prior to and in the middles of our vacation. Including calling me in the middle of the day while skiing. We are at the end of a one month vacation traveling the country and i recieved more emails then all the other places(6) combined. We stayed three nights and hated to leave! Great location for everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and watching a mother and baby moose graze below.
